We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above PKR [Amount].

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared with you so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unexpected delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
